A warm thank you to all the folks who came out to see what was described as The Zealots' best show yet this past Monday at The Mothlight in Asheville..It was a satisfying evening as we played for two hours straight with assistance from Andrew Scotchie and Kill the Clique opening..We are headed into the studio soon...Can't wait till we have a couple of new records..the songs are there waiting to be hatched! It's been a fun week here in Nashville. We heard The HoneycuttersThanks to my friend Johnny and Gabe Masterson at Eastside Manor for a strong day recording...I heard Blackfoot Gypsies twice on Sunday..We are ole pals..They are really powerful now..They will be in Asheville soon..We also hung out with the legendary Bebe Buell and caught her band rockin the Basement East..Robyn Hitchcock gave an inspiring presentation to Gillian Welch and Dave Rawlings at the Americana Awards. We were all enjoying Blackfoot Gypsies together..The ZEALOTS are 'fixin' to record another record..There will be a George Terry Solo record soon too..Just lettin' y'all know that things are happening..Keep your ears wide open!

GT Solo breaks into Music City for the first time Wed., Aug. 19th at The BUILDING..a venue in 5 Points in East Nashville. GT also returns to East Side Manor Studio to record some more new songs solo. ESM and the East Nashville neighborhood are a hotbed of energy these days.
