The ZEALOTS @ Black Mountain Ale House 9/6 8pm 

This Saturday, Sept. 6th, The ZEALOTS are honored and delighted to return to the Black Mountain Ale House on Cherry St. in Black Mountain. George Terry starts things off solo at 8pm and Aaron Price joins in from 9-12pm.. New songs are coming too! See you there- it's Free!


The ZEALOTS want to thank all our friends in the Charleston area for coming out to see us at Awendaw Green, Palmetto Brewing, and The Mellow mushroom in Mt. Pleasant. We played well and met some wonderful new friends, particularly the folks at King Dusko Gallery right on King St. It was a pleasure to be able to see The Revivalists at The Music Farm as well..They are powerfully good! The ZEALOTS play Black Mountain Ale House this Friday, Sept. 6th at 8pm and don't miss the Aaron Price and George Terry show at the Purple Onion in Saluda on 9/11..also starts at 8pm! Happy Labor Day!

The ZEALOTS-JULY 25th; 4 College St 

The ZEALOTS are energized to return to 4 College St. where we were regulars in our Asheville infancy..It's a great venue; formerly Tallgary's and in our early days it was College St. Pub..It will be a serious nite of Rawkemsawkem! Starts at 9:30 pm just after the drum circle there in Pritchard Park..  The 4pc will play including Bryan White on bass and Aaron Price will tear it up for one set on guitar!! .Our last Asheville gig of the summer! It will be memorable!!  Spread the word!

The ZEALOTS 4th of July @ The Phoenix! 

The ZEALOTS are exuberant to be playing twice in Brevard on the 4th of July..Our evening show starts at 9pm @ The Phoenix, our home away from home. We also play an outdoor set at 4pm in the Gazebo in front of the Brevard Courthouse. Several never before heard songs chosen for will be played to celebrate our Independence!

Zealots Surfin' Time! 

Charleston was a blast! Thanks to Awendaw Green-Sinners & Saints, Eddie White, Danielle Howle et al; Thanks to Christopher Thomas, Matt Appleman of The Brickhouse Kitchen, and Hank and Charles at Chico Feo..and my buddy Tex Santos too!

The Zealots join the victory party for rockin' the vote this Friday nite at The One Stop..Sat., GT Solo at the Mini- Marathon, and GT solo at The Brickhouse Pizzeria in regular Thursday GT appearance at Nona Mia! Rawkemsawkem!


The Zealots tour Charleston this week: 5/28-Awendaw Green-5pm; 5/29-Brickhouse Kitchen ( Folly Rd.,James Island)-8pm; 5/30-Chico de Feo (Folly Beach)-5pm; and back home Sat., 5/31 to Black Mountain Ale House-8pm...Rawkemsawkem!

The ZEALOTS want to thank all our friends for supporting our endeavors! We have had a great series of shows, culminating with a big success at The Grey Eagle with our pals. The Dex Romweber Duo last Friday. Smack dab in the middle of LEAF Fest, y'all came out to see us in the rain! Some even left LEAF to come check out the show..It was big fun too! Thanks go out to The Galaxy Hut (Arlington, Va.), The WXYZ Lounge in The Loft, (Asheville), The Thirsty Beaver (Charlotte), The NuWay (Spartanburg), and all the folks who came to those venues. Live bands and the clubs that book it depend on your patronage..We appreciate it!

Here's what the immediate future holds: We tour Charleston on May 28-30th..At Awendaw Green-5/28: 5pm; The Brickhouse Kitchen (James Island)-5/29:8pm;  Chico de Feo (Folly Beach)-5/30:5pm...and we return to the mountains on Sat., May 31st..playing a long show at Black Mountain Ale House starting at 8pm with GT Solo..Also, the weekly summer GT Solo at Nona Mia has resumed! 5:30 pm every Thursday (except 5/29).

Zealots Tour 4/25-27 

The Zealots are hitting the road this weekend, with a Friday stop at The NuWay in Spartanburg, a return to The Purple Onion in Saluda on Saturday and a return to The Galaxy Hut in Arlington, Va. Sunday nite to play with the DC Zealots. It's going to be a busy Spring, with George Terry playing Thurs., May 1st at The ALOft Hotel, The Zealots in Charlotte at the Thirsty Beaver, May 4th and the all important May 9th show at The Grey Eagle with The Dex Romweber Duo. GT will be playing every Thursday at Nona Mia in West Asheville starting May 8th. The end of the month finds The Zealots touring a gain with a trip to Charleston, SC May 28-29th and a return to the Black Mountain Ale House on Sat., May 31st. Thanks to our friends and fans for making this possible!  

Winter Zeal 

What an enchanted winter The ZEALOTS and fans have had this year! Big Thanks go out to the staff and clientele of The Thirsty Beaver and Roux in Charlotte, Bathtub Gin in Mooresville, Black Mountain Ale House, Phoenix Lounge in Brevard, and Smiley's Acoustic Cafe in Greenville, SC as well as The Odditorium and The Altamont Brewery in Asheville for providing such excellent venues where folks can really enjoy the musical experience. Thanks to all our fans who have watched us develop into the well-oiled fun-machine we have become today. We will continue to 'bring it' this year as our horizons expand in each direction.
